*As of October 2015, I wont be actively maintaining the iOS app. I will still try to make updates and bug fixes when I can. For those who dont know, Stereodose has been mostly a solo project, and I simply dont have the time to work on Stereodose actively any more (as hard I as I tried to make it work). I will leave the iOS app up so users can still use it if they wish to. Thanks for all the support and love over the years, even the hate mail!

Genres can only go so far in describing how a song FEELS, and generic moods like “happy” are too broad in scope to properly match a song’s essence. These limitations have brought us to categorize our music by candy names, which capture many intangible aspects about music that other sorting methods usually miss.

Ive been using their website for a while now, just noticed there was an app.. If you want to listen to tunes you most likely havent heard of, this is perfect. Not all the songs are great, but theres definitely some diamonds in the rough in the playlists!
Legit the best music app on here bar none. Theyre playlists are second to none!
The app does everything you want it to, it perfectly groups songs according to the respective mood and even sorts your favourites based upon the mood grouping as well. Never going to delete this!

how is this no longer working for iPhone??? No way to listen now huh
I am getting an error message when I open the app, shame I loved this app.
"Stereodose Connection Error: Either our servers are down or your internet is acting funky!"
Nope. Whats the problem?
The online version of this was awesome. You chose a drug that suited your mood, it gave you a playlist. Very simple and good music too. Why is the app different? I chose between brownies, sugar, jelly beans...? I dont understand this... Very strange and it no longer creates me a playlist, I just pick a song from my candy choice. I like the original version A LOT better.
Other than that its great!
And I would be willing to rate 5 stars if you fix this!
The online version is much, much better. The app only allows you to choose from four playlists whereas online has tons of different selection. When using Stereodose in the safari browser you are redirected to the App Store making it impossible to use the Stereodose website. Awful app, would not recommend.
